Tasty Tuesday: Scalloped potatoes



7 small potatoes
1 can of condensed Cream of mushroom soup.
1 cup of sour cream
a heavy layer of cheese
(if desired) 3 mushrooms chopped finely

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 8 1/2 by 11 casserole dish. Chop the seven small potatoes in small circles and lay in the casserole dish so that they over lap slightly. Smear on top the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Finely sprinkle on mushrooms and cheese. cover and place in the oven for 30-45 min or until the potatoes are soft. serve and enjoy.
