Tasty Tuesday: Fudge Pie



Fudge Pie
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine or butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. plain flour
  • 1 square unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
Beat sugar and melted butter together. Add eggs and mix. Add flour; blend. Add melted chocolate and vanilla; blend. Pour into a greased glass pie dish, or 8×8 square baking dish. Bake at 325* for approx 35 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
And don’t forget a glass of milk, or scoop of vanilla ice cream!
